Project Overview
The design of this real estate agency office was developed in accordance with the company's brand guidelines, which emphasized professionalism, reliability, refined taste, and minimalism.
The Challenge
As clients may occasionally pass through the office on their way to the restroom located at the far end of the space, the workspace itself was designed as an extension of the overall concept rather than a purely back-of-house area. In addition, because the work area lacks direct access to windows, solid partitions were intentionally avoided to allow natural light to penetrate deeper into the floor plan and preserve the perception of a single, open, interconnected space.
Design Approach
The office occupies a triangular floor plan that widens toward the façade, with all windows concentrated along the entrance side of the space. As a result, the reception area and meeting room were strategically positioned in this naturally lit zone, creating a welcoming environment for clients and first impressions. floor plan and preserve the perception of a single, open, interconnected space.
Key Design Decisions
Beyond the meeting room, a partition featuring the company's signature green wall and logo separates the client-facing area from the main workspace. This zone accommodates both dedicated workstations for permanent employees and a shared desk for agents who work flexibly between the office and the field. Storage for office supplies, personal belongings, and a coffee station were also integrated into this area to support everyday operations.
