Concept Procurement
Project Overview
The clients approached us with a request for interior styling and selection of missing furniture. Although the apartment serves as a guest residence, they wanted to create a true sense of home with warmth and individuality. At the time of the project, the space felt empty and visually incomplete, requiring character and thoughtful layering to bring it to life.

The Challenge
The living room already featured a deep teal rug with a rich, expressive pattern, which became the starting point for the entire decorative concept. All subsequent interior elements were carefully selected to complement its character without overwhelming the space with additional patterns or colors. The wall finishes provided by the developer had noticeable imperfections, which became especially visible under artificial lighting. To address this, the walls were covered with heavy textured wallpaper, helping to visually conceal the uneven surfaces and create a more cohesive finish.
Design Approach
Minimal but essential decoration to keep the minimalist style, and make the place feel like home.

Key Design Decisions
The apartment entrance opens directly into the living room, which resulted in the absence of a proper buffer zone between the exterior and interior spaces. There was no dedicated area to remove shoes and outerwear, sit down, check a mirror before leaving, or place everyday items such as keys.
To solve this, the living room was partially separated with a partition that defines a compact entrance zone. The structure is fixed only to the wall and floor and does not extend to the ceiling, as secure attachment to the thin gypsum board ceiling was not possible. In addition, given the low ceiling height, it was important to avoid a visually heavy solution and preserve a sense of openness.
The bedrooms also required additional decorative elements to create a more complete and cohesive interior. Mirrors were added to the wardrobe areas, and bedding and textile selections were proposed to complement the overall design concept. The color palette followed the key tones used throughout the apartment: charcoal black, warm wood-inspired beige shades, and rich teal accents.
In the bathrooms, the interiors were enhanced with functional accessories, including toilet paper holders, toilet brushes, and towel hooks. The finishing touches came in the form of decorative details such as shelves, storage baskets, soap dispensers, and bath mats, helping to create a warmer, more welcoming, and truly lived-in atmosphere.
